Melbourne Tango Weekend is a unique social event.
Event Focus: The primary aim of the weekend is to bring together the Melbourne tango community, dancers from other parts of Australia (interstate), and possibly international tango enthusiasts. The goal is to provide a weekend of enjoyable dancing in a beautiful, comfortable setting featuring quality DJs.
Open to All: While the event is open to everyone, there will be a limit on the number of dancers that can comfortably fit on the dance floor. This limitation is likely to ensure a pleasant dancing experience for all attendees.
Gender Balance: To create an inclusive environment, the organisers aim to maintain a good gender balance among the attendees. This effort is likely to enhance the overall experience for everyone participating.
Pre-Registration Required: To manage the number of attendees and maintain the gender balance, pre-registration is mandatory. Only those registered in advance will be allowed entry to the event.
